Shipping policy

At Gifted by Jane, we take great care to ensure every gift arrives beautifully presented and safely delivered.

Gift Boxes

All gift boxes are shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

If you have a preferred delivery date, you can let us know at checkout and we'll do our best to have your gift arrive on that day. While we carefully plan dispatch dates, delivery timeframes are ultimately managed by Australia Post and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.

Orders Containing Alcohol

In accordance with NSW liquor licensing requirements, gift boxes containing alcohol must be sent directly to the gift recipient and cannot be delivered to the purchaser. An adult aged 18 years or over must be available to accept the delivery.

Please ensure the recipient's name, delivery address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

Gifted by Jane reserves the write to cancel any orders that do not comply with NSW liquor licencing laws.

Please double-check all delivery details before placing your order. Gifted by Jane cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

While we aim to deliver within our estimated timeframes, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays, weather conditions or peak periods.

Custom order items typically require 1–2 weeks for preparation, depending on product availability, customisation, and order volume.
